The staff members were really helpful and friendly, always willing to assist us with any of our needs. The breakfast was tasty and there were plenty of options to choose from. The location of the hotel was great, as it was close to a lot of tourist attractions and restaurants. The bed was comfy, and we had a good night's sleep.
The cleanliness of the kitchen area was poor, and it was not managed well. There were dirty dishes and utensils left in the sink, and there was leftover food in the fridge that had gone bad.

The location of this hotel is perfect for those on a backpacking trip around Huaraz, being near the city centre and within reach of the beautiful mountains for hiking. Even though it's away from the main plaza, taxis are only 4 soles so it's not bad at all. the service is excellent and the rooms are spacious and clean with comfy beds. the breakfast is delicious with plenty of varied options to choose from.
The hotel could benefit from some better lighting as the rooms and general spaces do feel quite dimly lit at times.

We stayed here for Thanksgiving and the complimentary breakfast was great, they had a nice spread of freshly baked pastries and good coffee. the location was good as it was just a short walk from the main square. the hotel had free Wi-Fi and the signal was strong throughout.
The rooms were very noisy and we could hear everything that was happening in the corridor and the room above us. the heating in our room wasn't working properly which made it very uncomfortable at night.
